Application Process

  1. Read through all the available positions and choose your top 1–3 preferences.

  2. Fill out the application form.

  3. Wait for a confirmation email — interviews may be conducted for select roles.

  4. Onboarding begins on a rolling basis. We'll train you and welcome you to the team!

Officer Positions

Digital Design Officer

Creates graphics for announcements, recruitment, and events; maintains brand consistency; supports teams with design needs; organizes shared folders; tracks requests and deadlines.

Social Media Officer

Plans and posts on assigned platforms; writes captions matching NC Tutoring's tone; promotes programs and impact; monitors engagement; coordinates with other teams.

Chapter Leader

Recruits tutors at their school; maintains chapter communication; ensures tutor professionalism; coordinates local outreach; submits regular updates.

Secretary

Takes meeting notes; maintains records; sends reminders and announcements; tracks forms and training completion; compiles chapter updates.

Language Branch: Student Services & Operations Coordinator

Manages registration, placement, and record-keeping; matches students with tutors; monitors progress; communicates with families.

Language Branch: Tutor Development & Recruitment Coordinator

Recruits and trains tutors; develops resources; monitors engagement; provides mentorship; coordinates substitutes.
